GribouJazz has taken a big challenge : Giving the taste of jazz to the youngest through a concert mixing live music, video animation and commentary,  in a fun way!

Thus, the roots of this musical genre are told by associating its own technical terms with colorful and attractive characters: the double bass with legs is walking (walking bass), the battery-spider balances its swing, while the melody and harmony, respectively represented by a volatile saxophone and a brush complete this animated fresco.

All while leaving always the last word to the music.

The approach is based on the triple correspondence between key concept, image and music, which combine gradually, before deploying the magical springs of improvisation and groove, from old style to free jazz.

This show will be an opportunity for children to discover jazz and its ancestral roots.
